Host controls and settings are protected by a host PIN that is never shown on the display screen or the team buzzers, and gameplay data stays on the computer or web server running the game. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes. You may not:

Step-Up Fortune was made for Step-Up Omaha! as an original classroom game.
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While the scenarios are designed to reflect real-world career training, playing the Game does not guarantee real-world employment, hiring success, or specific interview outcomes. B.A.S.S. and Step-Up Omaha! disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, B.A.S.S., Rixx City Studios LLC, and Step-Up Omaha! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Game.

The stage on the big screen is drawn with three.js and the join codes with qrcode-generator. Both are open-source software used under the MIT license; their license text is included in the game folder. The board and logo use the Anton font, and certificates use the Cinzel and Playfair Display fonts, all under the SIL Open Font License (included in the fonts folder). The Step-Up! logo belongs to Step-Up Omaha!. Game music and sound effects were supplied by Step-Up Omaha! for classroom use.
